Terms & Conditions for API Key Collection and Integration

By providing your payment gateway API keys, you ("Client") hereby grant Fitwellcontent/Viralitycontent Agency Oy ("Company") the necessary authorization to access and integrate Stripe, PayPal, and/or Authorize.net services on your website. You acknowledge and agree that Company shall treat the provided API keys with the utmost care, ensuring their confidentiality and security in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. All gathered information, including API keys, will be stored on secure servers in an encrypted format to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

Company shall use the API keys solely for the purpose of integrating the requested payment gateways into your website and shall not share, disclose, or use them for any other purpose. Client is responsible for maintaining and updating their API keys as required and must promptly notify Company of any changes, revocations, or security concerns related to the provided API keys. Company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access, misuse, or failure to update the API keys by the Client. By submitting your API keys, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
