- White-Label Courses Site: The service operates as a monthly recurring subscription, with automatic credit card charges until cancellation. When a subscription is cancelled, the client will lose access to the site and its content.
- White-Label Marketing Content: This is a monthly content subscription intended for use outside the platform. However, this content cannot be resold as white-label or private-label rights content (PLR). The same subscription payment terms apply as for the courses site. The main difference is that upon cancellation, clients will retain access to the marketing content they received during their subscription period.
- One-off Purchases:
- White-Label Courses, Workout Programs, and Others: These are non-subscription based products that can be purchased for a one-time fee. Upon purchase, clients will have lifetime access to these products.
Fitwellcontent.com/FitWell Content LTD. provides white-label courses sites and monthly marketing content subscriptions. The key points of this agreement are:
- Content provided within and for White Label (Done-for-you) Courses Site subscription are only to be used within the site provided to client. Using courses, programs and other non-marketing content outside the platform is prohibited.
- We offer a 30-day refund policy for dissatisfied clients.
- Both the courses sites and marketing content operate on a monthly recurring subscription basis, with automatic credit card charges applicable until you cancel your subscription.
- Upon cancellation of the courses site subscription, clients will lose access to their site and its content.
- Clients retain perpetual access to monthly marketing content (content club) received during the subscription period after cancellation.
- Our provided content cannot be resold as white-label or private label rights content (PLR).
- We offer one-off products such as white-label courses and workout programs, which are accessible for a lifetime after a one-time payment.
- Clients are responsible for legal compliance and managing their end-users. As a provider, Fitwellcontent.com/Viralitycontent Agency Oy is not responsible for buyer’s end-users.
- Website delivery occurs within 24 hours after the onboarding form is completed on weekdays and within 72 hours during weekends, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Clients can choose to cancel or put their white label courses site subscription on hold, with content deletion and non-restoration upon contract termination.
- Our platform follows PCI compliance standards and uses Stripe.com as the payment gateway, accepting all cards supported by Stripe.
- Fitwellcontent.com/FitWell Content LTD. is not liable for any issues arising from the use of our white-label products by our clients’ end-users. Once our clients purchase and use our products, they assume all responsibility and liability.
- Failed subscription renewal orders will lead to automatic cancellation and termination of white label courses site subscription and provided site. This site with all the content will be lost and won’t be recoverable.
This Agreement and the related Privacy Notice govern your use of Fitwellcontent.com/FitWell Content LTD. By accessing this website, or using any services owned or operated by this website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
